I’m Tiarnan, based in Northern Ireland. I built Emberstead Studio for people who want to launch something of their own — without getting lost in information overload, conflicting advice, and never-ending setup.

A clear path to launch, without the overwhelm.

My Story

My working life started in a call centre, then a warehouse, then security — and eventually I moved into retail management.

I’ve always loved working with people and customers, but I was always working for someone else — and someone else was deciding my time.

So I started looking for ways to build something of my own.

I considered everything — retail consultancy, pressure washing, the lot — but most options still meant trading time for money and competing with established businesses locally.

THE “DROPSHIPPING” PHASE

Then I saw the ads everyone sees: “make your first £10,000 with dropshipping.”

I jumped in, learned how it works, built stores… and it taught me a lot fast.

But it also showed me something important: if you don’t control the foundations, you can spend weeks building something that still feels shaky.

THE REAL PROBLEM I RAN INTO

My biggest struggle wasn’t effort — it was noise.

There was so much information out there, and half of it contradicted the other half.
You’d set something up one way… then discover it clashes with something else… then you’re back fixing and tweaking instead of making progress.

So I kept things stupidly simple.
And guess what — everything worked.

The other struggle was where to start.

Do you build the website first?
But what’s the point if you don’t have social media or followers yet?

Do you build social media first?
But where do you send people if you don’t have a website?

That loop keeps people stuck.

I build launch-ready Shopify stores for new founders — especially product brands and POD — using a clear system that removes guesswork and prevents the usual setup mistakes.

My focus isn’t “more features.” It’s the foundations that actually matter: store structure, products, POD setup, shipping, checkout, emails, mobile UX, and a handover you understand.

I keep it practical, and I’ll tell you what you don’t need as well.
